Finally back with a new post!
I was lucky to meet up with my high-school friend Dani on her short trip back from Canberra for some happy snaps. Super excited about these, more of her work can be seen on her website. Here is Part 1, with a DIY red and white vintage silk dress that I made sometime last year, that I simply adore. The collar reminds me a little of a nurse, so to toughen the look I added a tailored black blazer from BCBG Max Azria.

Thanks Sina and Ulrika for the lovely words :) @anon, thanks for leaving a comment! I've always been into arts, and different fabrics are kind of like blank canvases on which I can create different styles of dresses, a creative outlet essentially. I find so much inspiration in vintage patterns :)
